They are great and I have had no trouble with them. I started using them because a few years after I built my house I found a newspaper in my closet which was stuck with termites. When I called them about this they came right out and drilled all the way through the bricks and shot many gallons of poison into the house to take care of the termites. I would use them again in the future.

They go above and beyond with service. The price, professionalism, and quality are great. I would recommend them and continue to use them in the future.

I have been using them since 2008. They don't do much, and I am really not satisfied. I called Terminix to see what they do. They were more expensive, so I did not take them. They just come and see if they are mice. They come once a year, when I call them to ask them if they were coming, they'd say that they already did. I called them in between as I saw termites beginning in my house. If I saw only 1 or 2 then I would say big deal. They come in once a year just to see if I have termites, I want them to come before I have to call them. I would pay more, if they would do more. I know that their price is cheaper that Terminix. I am not satisfied for what I get, for what I pay now. I don't see too much quality when they come once a year. They don't even leave a notice on my door or ring the bell to say that there were at my home that day. How would I know they came within that year?. I am considering letting them go and finding somebody else.

Update: Orkin called and asked to come out for a re-inspection of the work that had been done last month. Set up an appointment and the inspector came out right on time. Immediately noticed that an area within the attached garage should have been drilled and the termiticide injected...called up the office and set up a revisit. They showed up the next day, injected the poison into the ground under the floor in the garage and sealed everything back up. No charge for this additional work...and I could see that it was effective since LIVE termites were being flushed out of the cracks between the floor and the retaining wall in the garage. Although we had been assured that the work that had been done previously would kill all the termites within 3 months I felt a lot better after this follow-up treatment. 5 stars for Orkin.
