Always professional. Always on time. The work is done right the first time. We have been using this company for several years, so this isn't a one time good job. They have proven to be good at what they do. This is a company you can rely on for top notch service.

It was perfect. No issues at all. They were pleasant, competent, professional and quick.

They were prompt. It only took them about 30-40 minutes to do the job.

Fixed our washing machine for less that the Sears quote.  Sears wasn't going to be able to come to the house for almost three weeks, which would have been extremely hard to live without a washing machine for three weeks.  Mr. D's was able to come in a couple days and had everything working.

Repaired washing machine. Mr. D's techs arrived punctually; assessed the problem accurately; installed the new part properly; and, insured the problem had been corrected.  The tech noticed there was a knob missing from the machine, which he replaced free of charge!

Great company with friendly techs. Fixed the problem in about 10 minutes for a fair price. Would use them again if needed. Only downside, is because they are a "mom and pop" shop out of Long Beach, MS, it took them a few days to get out to Biloxi. Nevertheless, would wait the extra time for the quality product they put out.

I've used Mr. D's Appliance Repair for 12 years. He's repaired ovens, cook tops, washers, dryers and refrigerators for us over the years. He responds quickly to calls for help, cleans up after himself and each time he works here, I learn helpful information about how to best use appliances. His charges are reasonable.

I called this morning to see if they could fix my ice maker that was not making ice. They told me they were totally booked but they would try to work me in this afternoon. They called later and said they would be able to look at it. Mr. D came when they said he would and he immediately knew what the problem was. He had the part on his truck and the repair took only a few minutes. It is now making ice perfectly and the cost was less than I expected. I will definitely use them again.

Another professional came out and looked at my washing machine and it was beyond repair. It took Mr. D a day or two to get parts and he said he could fix it.
