Appointment was set-up on short notice and we appreciated that. We brought our toy poodle for a bath and grooming. We left her at 8 a.m., and were called at 2:20 p.m., to pick her up. They did an excellent job. We will make another appointment in advance to see if it still takes over 6 hrs. to have her groomed. We travel a lot and see a wide range of completion times throughout the USA.

I phoned the parlor and since it is about 11 miles away, she wanted to recommend a closer groomer. I said thanks, but I'd rather use her since she was on Angie's List. She gave her normal hours and we thought about the next day, a Friday, but since this would be the first experience for my puppy, that that day was calmer and even though late, would be a better day. I took him immediately. It was a little hard to locate, across from the police station, but the owner could not have been nicer, as the puppy decided to pee on the floor to say hello. Within 2 hours she phoned to say he was ready, so I returned to pick him up and he was happy and will return. They used my shampoo, gave him a halloween kerchief, and he was a happy puppy.

I use them frequently. I've used them quite a while. They are friendly and very quick. They are easy to get into and I never have to wait for an appointment. Valerie even came by and got my dogs after I had an accident and couldn't lift them. She groomed them and then brought them back. That was service.
