+ -1 moreI called to order a sympathy arrangement and the representative was very rude and not helpful at all. I chose not to do business with the provider based on the representative's attitude. I felt if they were not concerned with how their first impression was perceived then I could not expect much from their product or service.
Description of Work: Provider was very rude at initial contact.
