This is a family owned business with (3) employees: father, son, and cousin.
The services provided were frequently delayed, late or not on schedule as discussed and agreed upon: frequently they would simply not show on the day promised, show up late when they did show, and leave before the end of a day. We were CONSTANTLY following up as to why a given delay occurred, when a job would be completed, etc.
They rarely worked past 3 or 3:30 in the afternoon after showing up ~ 9:30--and, they took 1- 1.5 hr lunch breaks.
Their professionalism was VERY poor: failed to communicate about delays and reasons for "no-shows."
Coordination of the work in order to maximize efficient was also VERY poor: they frequently didn't show because another job presented itself that "had to be done." (I suspect the intervening job was more lucrative although i have no first-hand knowledge of that.)
While excavating on one project, they severed a buried electrical line (that they KNEW was there?.previously identified) and refused to pay for the repair.
Quality was average: we had to demand they return to fix two issues.
Billing was usually weeks-months after the services were rendered: poor communication and coordination of supplies purchased for a given project: we received one invoice from a concrete supplier some 5 months after the "payment in full" check was written.
These guys are a "father-son" operation that lacks professionalism and they cannot be taken at their word.
Stay away?.
