I was very pleased with the service. I had to leave a vm on their answering machine and they were very prompt with returning my call and scheduling a time for my repairs. They came exactly when they said they would and got my air running.

They found that a leak in freon was a result of a faulty coil that was supposed to be under warranty. I was the 2nd owner of the home and didn't have paperwork on A/C unit. Blackwell handled all the paperwork to insure it was covered. They even improved an original drainage installation to allow me to clean the pipe from time to time. Friendly, professional service from the office to the technicians. I highly recommend them.
