Mount Electric

This is the third time we have has Mount Electric install plugs at our house. Their work is excellent, fast, and professional.

All went well. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve used Mount Electric and I have been very satisfied with the work Eddie has done. His rates are competitive. I also like that he gives me ideas or other options sometimes. Often times cheaper and better options so he’s not out to make out with a huge bill so ilke that about him.

I paid the initial payment to Angie's list but the company never came and did the work requested. They we very slow to response to the message board inside of Angie's list and never wanted to set an appointment to come and do the requested services.

It never happened.

No problems we are aware of, but as a retired veteran I think the price could have been made a bit more affordable. Nevertheless, we are happy having the lights installed. Thank you Dave!

Work performed as requested

Great. Within the time I purchased [I was late getting there so I was not due the full 2 hours. I was just happy that they waited for me. The technician changed out almost all of the receptacles, including converting an outlet back from an old alarm system installation. There were a few outlets that had been dead for years and others could not get to work They worked on the difficult ones first & my mother paid for an extra hour to get the difficult ones working. No more extension cords from other rooms. Well worth it. . Mother was amazed by the service (I had used them before and the service was just as good then). My only regret was that there were about 4 outlets that the company had checked and confirmed had power but that my mother opted not to pay them to change out. Instead she chose to have new receptacles put in by a friend One minor shock later, he caused damage that will cost more to fix than the hourly fee the company charged. $129 2 hours of labor couple + 1 extra hour

He did a real good job. I was very pleased. He was very detailed and made sure everything was right. He was friendly. He's kinda master electrician. He knew what he was doing that's why I was comfortable with him.

The electrician did not fix the problem when he came but only gave advise. In order to replace the light there would be an additional cost. I had already paid with nothing resolved. The next company I turned to came and installed a light at much lower cost and came back at no charge when there was a problem

It went great. Excellent communication. Excellent work done. Just excellent. The job went over the 2 hours that was paid for and the price for the extra time and the materials was incredibly reasonable. Seriously did great work too and quick for what they were dealing with. Ben was really great.

Bad customer service

Had a little difficulty scheduling appointment. Took almost 3 weeks just to get on schedule. Once reminded of the time span since initial contact and still no appointment, contractor acted responsively and came the next day which was a Saturday. Professional, helpful and very polite during visit.

It went great ... Eddie Mount went to the hardware store, bought the necessary items, and installed them perfectly.
