Auto Service
Compared to other such places (and I've used many over the last 40 years of driving) these folk are the best. They are always busy but they are also fast and if I time it right I can get in and out in 15 minutes or less. Always polite, professional, answer all questions correctly and move quickly.
One time a new-hire 'forgot' to replace my tire pressure caps. Took me a week to notice but I went back and told the manager about it. She didn't have to believe me but she did. She asked if I'd wait a few minutes while she checked it out. Then she went down the road, bought me brand new caps, had them put on and fired the new-hire (in private; not in my presence) so he'd never know who told on him.
I've used them ever since I moved to MS almost 14 years ago and will continue to use them. I no longer work full time so don't see them that often anymore. They have almost the same crew now as they did when I first came. Only 2 have left. (retired) The newer ones with the exception of the thief have stayed.
They always change the oil filter. Lots of places won't unless specifically asked to and then one has to watch them to be sure they do. They check the wiper blades, tell me if I need new ones, same with the air filter. Their prices for air filters, oil filters, wiper blades rival those of Walmart plus they install all that for free. I no longer have to do all that myself. The cars nowadays are harder to service than 40+ years ago too.
I will continue to be their customer.
