Called provider yesterday and Madison answered and told us that although they couldnt get to us yesterday then tomorrow for sure. Called back this morning to confirm appointment and once again Madison answered an confirmed that today a tech would come out for service. And now here it is 4:00pm at the end of the day and Madison answers once more to tell me no one was coming. They never called to update my company or anything.
This company needs to get better customer service and more repairmen apparently. BEWARE

Everything went well. They don't finance as much as we needed, but do try and work with you on payment schedules and amount.
