My husband is a do it yourself type person and also did most of the routine car care stuff for the car he drives most of his life. As the newer cars came out and require computer hook ups to repair/service he almost quit. The fellows at this store would always run out and put in a new battery for him, put on the new fangled wind shield wipers he'd fallen in love with but couldn't install, show him how to and then did install for him new plugs and points. Goes on and on. They have also done the same for me several times, have tested batteries for the lawn mowers and vehicles for us repeatedly (and sold us lots). Always polite and respectful, all of them. If they don't have a ready answer they will look it up or ask someone. They don't just make up advice as so many do. They are always helpful, explain things in simple terms and will even draw a picture to show a problem and how to solve it.
Prices are very decent, the help is reliable, and the attitude almost always very 'up'.
Don't get any of that at Walmart.
