I called him and told him about the situation. He came on a Sunday afternoon. There was a small fee that he charged for having out here. The parts that he replaced were reasonable. The amount of call for the labor was reasonable. He came out and diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts, and fixed the problem. I was expecting these things to be $100 but I was pleasantly surprised when it was less than that. The quality of work was very good. It was one particular item that he could put in; he had a single breaker that he had available that day. He said that if he puts that, it should be fine. He brought it back and checked the specifications to make sure that would work. He checked with few others and found out that double breaker would work better. He came back the following week and replaced that breaker with another one to make sure that there were no problems in the future. His responsiveness was good. We had to work little bit around his schedule. He was there when he said he would be there. He went over and made sure why it was wrong, where it was wrong, and how it would not happen in future. I would definitely use him again in the future.
