+ -1 moreThe package was not delivered to my front door or any other door of my house. I tried to contact UPS via their website. The site was lacking in instructions on how to resolve this issue. I called UPS, forced their auto-attendant service to route me to a live human and was finally told that I must wait 24 hours before filing a lost package claim. This is an item that I needed immediately, paid for expedited shipping and now I must wait 24 hours before I can officially complain about a mistake that UPS made. Never again will I use UPS.
Description of Work: UPS was supposed to deliver a package (expedited / extra charge) 2 day delivery from an online retail company. The UPS website said the package was delivered to my front door.
