Delivery Service
The package was not delivered to my front door or any other door of my house. I tried to contact UPS via their website. The site was lacking in instructions on how to resolve this issue. I called UPS, forced their auto-attendant service to route me to a live human and was finally told that I must wait 24 hours before filing a lost package claim. This is an item that I needed immediately, paid for expedited shipping and now I must wait 24 hours before I can officially complain about a mistake that UPS made.
Never again will I use UPS.
