The perplexing part is we were most satisfied with the work this company did both times in price and finished product. The problem came when we asked them to come back and give us an estimate in November of 2010 for backyard landscaping. The owner came and took notes and said he would get back with us. We emailed and called numerous times and even sent him a letter asking for a reason he was ignoring us. He called and apologized on 12-22-2010 and said he would get a quote to us within 2 weeks. We have yet to hear from him. We cannot imagine why he has not had the courtesy to even get back with us.
