Auto Service
We called to set up an appointment; went in and was taken immediately. We waited in the little café area where they have free coffee. Jimmy Morgan, our incredible Service Consultant came to tell us the cost and make sure that was satisfactory. Then, the repair began. It did not take long, and Jimmy came to take us to the counter where we paid our bill. Everything is handled efficiently and politely. Once they get come to tell you the cost, they tell you the approximate wait time. No one like to have car repairs, but when you use people like Jimmy Morgan at Roundtree, it is, at least, pleasant.
We bought a car from Roundtree two years ago, and they have taken care of it any time we had a problem....not many of those.
I, highly, recommend Roundtree......and Jimmy Morgan, the best Service Consultant.
