We just bought this house; just moved in this January. Within a week the sewer starting backing up into our hall bathroom tub.
I knew the sellers had had a problem like this and it was supposed to have been fixed. We ended up contacting Reece Plumbing to see what they had done and what we needed to do. They came out and found the problem. While it was not their fault, they said they should have caught it when they were out earlier and fixed it. They fixed it for us at no charge. Not only that, they were prompt, polite and extremely professional. The man doing the work apologized for not having the part when he was there working and said they would be back the next morning to fix it. They were. And they left things perfectly; you can't even tell that there was a huge hole in front of our house.
I can't tell you how happy they made us all. We will definitely call them when we need a plumber again.
