PRO CARE CARPET CLEANING

Description of Work: do not purchase a coupon for this company through the buddysclub.com. They will NOT honor it unless you spend excessive amounts more than what is advertised on the coupon. Coupons says $60 off on 5 room steam extraction (normal charge of $120). Representative John Sloan said that he had no idea that there was such a coupon and finally agreed to give me the $60 discount after I paid for 4 rooms of steam extraction ($100), plus the soaping agen $79.00 plus 1 full container of pet cleaner because I have a cat ($85.00) and then he gave me $60 off on the 2ND container of pet enzyme because the first container didn't "quite" finish the house....it lacked about 1/2 of 1 room so I would have had to purchase another 3 gallon container at $85.00 because they do not sell smaller containers. The job that was done looked great except for 1 major spot noticed after they had left. I did approve of the job done and paid. John did have the audacity to ask me for a TIP at the end of the job. I laughed in his face - he was here less than 1 hour and refused to honor the agreement that I had signed up for and then hit me up for a TIP. After 2 weeks of thought, I questioned the buddysclub and they put me in contact with Rick the owner. He argued with me back and forth after being nice at first. And then told me that the next time they came out - he would deduct $60 off of what I paid THIS TIME - and we would be even. If I pay $10 for a coupon to give me a $60 discount UP FRONT - I should not have to pay close to $300 to get that discount at the end.
