The work was simple since I did most of the work myself (DIY'er) except replace the existing pipes in the wall.
The problem I had was with the overall experience: the plumber's son showed-up instead of the owner (probably in is late 20's to early 30's). He smelled so strong of cigarette smoke, it took an hour to get the smell out of the house. I didn't feel comfortable with his professionalism, demeanor or appearance. I realize he's a construction worker and have dealt with many in the past but this guy was one I would never want in my house again! The quality of the work was okay. He got the job done but I had a lot of clean-up to do afterwards.
