Great! The crew arrived on time every day and were diligent workers. Once the roofing was complete, they thoroughly picked everything around the house associated with the job and took it away. They did a super job.

He did pretty good work. He was really thorough. He was kind of Jack of all trades so I'll probably let them paint my house.

Everything was done well, but the workers should have walked more carefully on the completed roof. I could see wear on the shingles where they walked (after I saw them walking).

No Drip is a lousy local company. I was told by the Salemans that they would do a great and honest job....that's funny.... First salemans wanted our insurance agent to send him our insurance claim, he assume he would get the whole job for all repairs, when he was told the roof only. Weeks later they sent a crew out to do my roof, those guys didn't live here, they were from Arkansas. Took them 3 days, with me out there cleaning my property everyday of debris. They did a lousy job of cleaning up nails and debris. The owner or salesman of No Drip never once came over to inspect the work, he came by only to pick up a check before the job was done. Standing back and Looking at the roof, it looked great but about a week after roof was installed, we found 2 leaks. BIG LEAKS! I called and text the salesman and owner immediately, no response. I called the office two days in a row to get someone out to fix the leaks cause we were getting a lot of rain, for several days in a row. We were very upset that our roof was leaking in front of our eyes and No Drip did not make any effort to fix it until day 3, they sent a repairman out. It appears the Arkansas boys did not seal the roof like they were suppose to. NO DRIP never once offered to paint my ceiling once the leaks dried, I had to do that myself. Also learned that NO DRIP did not have a permit to do my roof. I don't like dealing with people like this, the owner should have called me immediately when I sent him pictures of the leaks as they were happening, he never did! Also found out from another contractor that the salesman asked him to add more cost to the total quote of another hail repair, so he could pocket the rest... Would not recommend this company to anyone! RUN! Find another local roofer that is honest and backs his work!

Due to local demand because of hail storm, there was some backlog on services. Nothing I would consider unreasonable. In fact, another provider showed up unexpected, I thought it was the crew from No Drip but did not discover different until they had removed part of the shingles. No Drip was able to fit me in that day, thus saving the headache of trying to get temporary fix from the company that showed up at the wrong address.
The crew was very efficient and worked hard. They put down tarps to catch fall off debris and even ran over the ground several times with magnets to pick up any loose nails. It appears they did a great job and definitely cleaned up after the work was complete.
James, the gentleman I dealt with, was helpful with suggestions and throughout the whole process. I thought the company did a great job, did what they said they were going to do, and was up front from the start.
I have no hesitancy recommending them for similar work.

Overall, the roofing job went very well and had no problems with the crew. Everyone was very professional and handled themselves nicely as well as being friendly to my family members while finishing the roofing job. They worked diligently for two days to finish the roof and it looked great when they finished. We were very pleased and will definitely hire them again in the future.ed

The man from No Drip Roofing came out and was very professional, he even did a few jobs that he didn't need to do. He cleaned up very well once he was through. He made sure that he did not make a mess. He ran a magnet over the ground to make sure he didn't lose any nails. He was a very hard worker. He knew his business, got right on it, and didn't stop til he was done!

They were a good company and did a good job. They worked well with the insurance company and took care of my deductible. They started in the morning and worked until night. It took them about 3 days. I actually had a leak and they came out to check it out. It wasn't their fault but they repaired it for me.

My experience with No Drip had both very good and very bad elements.

First, the Pros: No Drip responded quickly to my request for estimate and, to their credit, was the only one of the three companies who saw fit to get back with me in a reasonable amount of time with an estimate after visting my home. The now-completed roof and gutters also appear to be installed with quality.

Now, the Cons: It was a full THREE WEEKS after No Drip first committed to installing my roof before they actually came and completed the work. I had shingles piled high in my driveway over two weeks before the workers came to install them. On three separate days, No Drip promised to come out and begin installation and never showed up before finally coming the fourth time.

The worst part of the experience was after the roof was finally installed. Keep in mind it took them three weeks longer than originally promised to actually install the roof. However, once the roof was installed No Drip acted like the Mafia trying to get their payment. I was out-of-town on the day when the roof was actually finished and was in meetings away from my cell phone. When I checked messages, No Drip had called no fewer than SEVEN times demanding payment in just a few hours. When I finally called them back, I told them I would be back in town in two days and would mail them a check for the full amount upon my return (which I did). On the day I mailed the check (same day I told them I would), a No Drip worker showed up unannounced at my house at seven at night while I was working late and upset my wife tremendously demanding payment. She called me at work and said the No Drip worker demanded payment NOW. After acting like paying them via check was fine on the front end (they gave me a small discount for doing so and no insurance was involved in my new roof), they then proceded to treat my like I had and quot;stolen a roofand quot; from them despite the fact I told them that I was out-of-town and would immediately mail a check upon my return, which I did.

No Drip demonstrated no timeliness at all when it came to putting on my roof on the day they committed to, but once the roof was installed, I was almost waiting for them to demand payment from me at gunpoint.

The sum of my experience was quality work, but ZERO professionalism.

Could not have been more satisfied. The man who did the original estimate stayed in constant contact with me during every step. They would've started on time except for the recent tornadoes. Got here the next day. Finished the job in two days. Given the fact that due to the tornadoes they were probably swamped with estimates, this is admirable. The crew was courteous, and they worked hard, fast and smart. (I work from home and in my younger years I did this kind of work. Wasn't spying exactly, but you can't help but notice) Clean up was impeccable. The cost was exact;y as quoted, and they did a couple of little extras (flashing on the addition and re-inforcement on some decking) at no charge. Oh, yeah, I would recommend these guys.

Cold contacted by Dodge Callahan who was doing some roofs in my area and said it looked like my roof needed replacing (true) and that he thought I'd had hail damage in the past (didn't think of that) the same as some of my neighbors. I had the insurance adjuster look at it and he agreed and processed the claim. No Drip took the insurance settlement as payment in full and only charged me extra for a few materials for unexpected repairs needed. The work crew was extremely efficient and careful. They finished in about two days and left little trace of their work. I would not have known about the hail damage without Dodge's observation and probably would have paid for the whole job on my own. No Drip may not be the lowest bidder on a job but the quality was there. You get what you pay for sometimes or in my case what the insurance paid for.

Everything looks good. The roof is finished and it is excellent. The painting and the interior work looks appropriate. He repaired the roof ahead of schedule. I thought it was going to take him a couple of weeks before he got started on it, but he started on it in 2 days and got through with it.

After winning the contract, there was some delay in scheduling start of actual work. After a phone call this was scheduled. Specified grade and color were not available from manufacturer so the next higher grade was substituted (I verified this). After the job was done, part of the roof did not have a ridge vent and some of the pipes on roof were crooked. These were completed in about one week. During the next heavy rains I examined the attic and located two leaks. After a phone call, workman came within 24 hours to repair. This was repeated one more time. Since then I have not found any leaks. Roofing job has 1 year warranty so there are a few more months to go.

It took some time to get an estimate date to start work - 3 to 4 phone calls. I was not told why, but it could be due to availability of shingles (see comment above). After the work started, it was completed in 2-3 days, however part of the ridge vent was not installed. After 2 additional phone calls this was re-scheduled and completed.

Cliff was very professional. Patched holes in our roof with felt so our roof wouldn't leak. It did take 3 weeks before they could get to us (tornadoes in the area). But when they did come, they arrived at 7 a.m. and I think they worked straight through to 7 p.m. Our new roof looks great.

They did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with my new roof. I got the architectural shingles, and it has transformed my house.
