The technician showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They were friendly and professional.

My main contact was Michael. He was very professional all the way, and was very helpful whenever I needed information. His team was prompt and courteous. My system (a mobile home central heat & air, with gas heat and electric AC, no on/off switch) is on a two-wire control, so they were unable to install a Digital Control, which requires a five-wire control. When offered the option of having my 24-year-old trailer rewired or keeping the old control, I chose to keep the old control, which I am comfortable with. Otherwise, they did everything promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to deal with the gas/electric combination. I am VERY pleased with them, and will be calling them from now on whenever I need any help.

One of my A/C units went out. Long story short, it needed to be replaced. I got three quotes and Modern Air was in the middle. Mike explained the details of the quote in its entirety. They arrived on time, finished early, and left no evidence they had ever been there. The entire experience went smoothly and the team was professional and accommodating to my hectic work schedule. When the other A/C unit went out a month later, I didn't hesitate to contact them again. As for the products, they installed Trane units and I've had no issues. I highly recommend them!

Robert was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem which included the inside air handler transformer and the outside unit fan relay.  Unfortunately He did not have the fan relay on is truck so he had to go to Jackson to get it which cost us a $45.00 trip fee.  I was not real excited about the trip fee but paid it without arguing since he did have to make the 1hr round trip.  It was very refreshing not to have the tech and office personell try to sell us a new system which is what happend to us 7 years ago with this system.  We will recommend to our friends and neighbors and use Modern Air for our future Heat/AC needs.

I contacted Modern Air after our 30 year old A/C stopped working.  The sales person, Michael, met me at the house less than two hours after my first call (on Tuesday), and spent quite a bit of time looking over my situation, discussing alternatives to our needs, and potential issues we could encounter when updating the system on our 90 year old house.  He had a quote back to me that afternoon.  Their price was very competitive from the beginning, as I also got a quote from one of the other highly reputable firms in the area.
We finalized the details of the equipment and installation the next day (Wednesday) and Michael went through a couple more iterations of optimizing the system for our house and goals for cost, efficiency, temperature, & humidity control.  They arrived with four guys at 8:45am the next morning (Thursday) and completed then entire removal & installation in 4 hours.  We have been thoroughly impressed by Modern Air, and will have no problem using them again or referring them.  They were professional, fair, and responsive at every step.

Estimator came to investigate a ceiling leak. He found that our 23 year old unit had rusted out and recommended that we replace the unit. He then explained our options (types, prices, etc.) and let us decide which we preferred. We then called to schedule the work. It was promised for a Monday morning. The crew showed up first thing Monday morning, removed the old unit from the attic (where it was at least 120F), installed the new attic unit and installed the outside compressor- all in half a day!
Incredibly friendly and professional crew. I even payed the bill over the phone after receiving the invoice the next week.

The man was very Professional. He definitely knew what he was doing. I will call on these people again when I need help with my AC.

They did the job quickly and professionally and beat out the other bids I got.  I would use them again.

I called Michael at Modern Air Conditioning. I explained that I lived in another state and my elderly Mother's central heat and air and gone out. He sent someone out to assess the problem and let me know that I needed a new unit which I sort of already knew. He then shopped around for the best buy within a pool of quality manufacturers and we settled on a Carrier Unit. He then sent a crew out to install it. What was really special was that he personally went out to inspect the ducting system under my Mom's home, made repairs and adjustments where needed and made sure that my Mother was comfortable and safe. All of this in a 3 day time frame with a weekend included in those three day.

You can place a price tag on the equipment and the installation, but this level of customer care is priceless. I would recommend this company to whomever needs Air conditioning or heating work.

business any more because I made appointments with the company of which they

April 24th, I
called Modern Air due to the positive ratings noted on Angies list. Modern Air
was at my place and fixed my A/C problem right away.  The experience with Modern Air was ?A
Plus?. 
 
June 12th, I had
another A/C need and called Modern Air. 
They were at my house within an hour and halve, fixed the problem.  Based on my experience with Modern Air, they
are the only company I will be calling for any future air conditioner needs and
I highly recommend this company.

Great, very professional, thorough, and answered all the questions I had about the system.  Will for sure use again.

Modern Air has worked on my heating/air conditioning system approximately 3 times.  They have always done top-notch work.  They come out promptly and complete the work that I ask be done, without trying to sell me a new system or trying to add to the workload and thus the bill.  (I do need to replace my heating/air and will definitely use Modern Air's services when I do.)  They're honest!

They were prompt and fixed the problem.  I will definitely call these guys again if I have a problem

Robert called 30 min. before coming. He was very professional and nice. He checked his shoes before coming in each time so he would not track in dirt. He told us what needed to be done and fixed our problem. We had COLD air within just a few min.

The cost of his work was fair and we would absolutely use their service again and recommend them.
