I've used them for service for my Mercedes autos since moving to Jackson, MS from California in 1995. They are the only MBZ dealer within 200 miles. Their service is just OK, largely I think due to the lack of competition. The service prior to the last included a recommendation of new brakes and a part that would cause my CHECK ENGINE warning to stop blinking. Their estimated cost for this was over $900.
I tightened my gas cap and that solved the CHECK ENGINE problem. I had Midas redo the brakes for about $200.
If I could find an experience reliable MBZ repair shop within a reasonable distance, I definitely would go there.

My salesperson was Edgar Henry. I would pick up another car from him. He was wonderful. He actually took time to educate me on the whole car. He was absolutely great. It was a good price for the car.
