MAY & CO INC

I bought a Bissell Steam Mop last year on November 29, 2011. This summer it just would not turn on. No power, nothing. I contacted Bissell who gave me the name of May & Co. On West Capitol Street in Jackson. I remember my mother going there when I was a little girl and getting her iron repaired, another time a mixer, etc. I am 60 now, and was amazed to find this business is still open. The young man who helped me was very attentive. He explained to me that if they couldn't fix it, or if the manufacturer did not supply the parts to fix it, then he'd see that I get a replacement as the warranty stated. Sure enough, two weeks later, I got a call to come and pick up my new steam mop. When I got there, it was explained to me that the manufacturer does not make replacement parts for this product and they gave me a box with a brand new cleaner in it. The most simple process, I've ever had to deal with.
