Description of Work: Took my Bissell Steam Mop to be repaired. It was still under warranty.i had called before I went to make sure they were open and was amazed that they were open on Saturdays. When I got there, the young man I spoke with over the phone remembered me. Took my information and explained everything in detail as to how the repair process worked and that it may take a couple of weeks. He was very kind, helpful and respectful. While there I noticed all the parts to every kind of appliance "known to man!" He explained to me the size of their warehouse and the many many hard-to-find parts they have there. I noticed right there in front of me was an assortment of vacuum cleaner bags that I'd never seen. So I purchased some because I had been unable to find the ones I needed at my regular store. Since I went in initially to get my steam mop repaired which was still in warranty, it went smoothly because I had my receipt and packing list from the original purchase. This store is in a part of Jackson that most people don't want to venture into. However, it is a very safe place during the day and there is parking right in front of the door, which is only about eight feet from your car. It is a very unassuming looking place, but has a huge warehouse and they can repair most any small to large appliance and have the parts to what l believe is everything that has ever been made!!!!
