Magnolia Exterminating

We contacted Magnolia Exterminating, because we suspected that there were termites in a wall of our home. Mike Tabor responded promptly and scheduled an appointment to inspect our home and give us an estimate of the cost for treatment. Mike was very friendly and professional. He explained in detail what was needed to treat our home in the short-term and in the long-term. He answered all of our questions in a very respectful and informative manner.
Mike directly treated the infested wall of our home right away, but due to the unusual amount of rain in our area, he was not able to trench, drill, and apply the chemical around our home until the end of July. He came by our home multiple times between March and July to determine if the ground was dry enough for the chemical to be applied. He's very conscientious and wanted to be sure the chemical was applied correctly. In July the ground was dry enough for him to apply the chemical around our home.
We paid $1,200.54 for the treatment for termites, which based on phone calls I made to several companies, I believe is a fair price. We signed a contract with Magnolia Exterminating for them to come once a year to re-inspect our home. Each year we will pay $187.00 plus tax at the annual inspection. I trust Mike Tabor to do a thorough inspection. I highly recommend him and Magnolia Exterminating, if you are having trouble with termites.

They do a good job. The person that comes out is very friendly and very thorough. One time, I had to call him back because I saw some critters and he didn't respond to that one, but other than that they have been responsive.

Before Magnolia Exterminating comes out they will call to let me know they will be in the area and ask if it's okay if they come. The gentleman that I work with is very nice, very polite, and doesn't come in the house. Magnolia Exterminating is a real good company. For what they do the price is right along with their competitors.

Magnolia Exterminating personnel conducted themselves as consummate professionals. My problem was assessed, explained, corrective options given and costs explained. I would recommend this company to my mother.

Magnolia has performed our annual termite inspection for several years. They are thorough and professional. Always on-time and willing to advise and/or help with any other exterminating issues.

Treatment seemed thorough. Exterminator explained what he was doing and why. He strongly emphasized using safe treatments which I appreciated. Haven't seen any more roaches since treatment.

The guy was very kind, thorough, and was up front that they would not be able to kill certain types of bugs, and that he would have to return in a couple of weeks to spray again in order to complete the process. He spent a lot of time spraying every section of the house and yard, and for a few weeks, just as he said, we had a significant decrease in pests.
