+ -1 moreThe technician who came out was relatively professional. He checked my outdoor A/C unit and said that the refrigerant was pretty low. He said that there might be a small leak somewhere in the line, but because it was a warranty service, he was only going to add refrigerant rather than check the line which would take a lot of time. So basically if I have the same problem with my unit in a couple of months I'll have to pay for him to come out and do the job right.jackson
