They came one day to assess what was to be done. We set a date for the job and the cost was set, written down and given to me. He called the day the service was to be done, came on time and began work. The two workers moved furniture, cleaned what was discussed. Foil was put under furniture legs. The workers were punctual, professional and did what they said they would do and more. I am pleased with their work.

The darpet cleaner came by himself. I ask him to please place the foil pads under all furniture legs and carpet cleaning companies had done. he stated he was out of the foil pads, so I gace him a roll aluminum foil to use. I ask for him to please clean under the furniture. he said since he was by himself he would be unable to do so. However, he did agree to move the smaller pieces that he was able to do. He agreed. He then offeredan additional service for an extra $50.00,that he lowered to $20.00 when I declined. I paid the extra twenty. he was here for less than30 minutes, nor did he move any furniture (not even a chair) or place the foil that I provided under the furniture.
This was the first time that a carpet cleaning company had shown up with only one person. Will not be recommending them to others.

They came when they said they would and they did not try to expand the service to include other services. They did just what I asked them to do.
