We rented a boom from this palce becasue the one closest to us did not have it. THe original girl was very nice, but took forever for us to get it loaded and out of home depot. Approximately an hour. Noone helped us with getting it on the truck. THey said they can't "legally" do this later. But I would expect out of common courtesy for the man that came out to just look to make sure it was on properly. Well noone did. We barely got down the street and it came of the truck. Fortunately a nice security guard helped us. Got home, took it off the truck, lowered the guide wheel and parked it. We then went to moved it in the driveway. At that point, the piddly little wheel broke. We then loaded it back up and took it straight back to Home Depot. When I came back in, the girl that helped me before asked some other lady to help me. She was rude from the beginnign. SHe said yeah I heard it fell off the truck. She continued to repeat how they couldn't legally put it on the truck. We explained what happened and she said well it looks like you dragged it. Which we explained did not happen. Then she questioned my son as if we were lying. I said I don't care what you do, just give me my money back. Then I had someone else come up to help me. who seemed like she was going to, then another lady came up. She was just as ignorant as the first lady. THey were both acting like we were lying. I said I don't care what you do, just give me my money back. She said well I'm not paying for that wheel. So it ended up costing me 100 bucks! The whell itself is likely a 10 dollar wheel. THey were so rude! THen on top of that, they kept runnign around I guess trying to figure out how to do a refund. Finally the first rude lady said, here this lady is going to take care of you. Then her rude self says you need to hold on "cuz I have someone else in front of you". Which where I have no idea where this person was. Finally, they figure out how to give a refund. I ask to speak with the real manager, and of course, they wouldn't call him over. This place continues to be the worst customer service at every location. The one in Madison ripped us off with their counter tops. I only wish Lowe's rented equipment, since they actually train their employees and have excellent customer service. Stay away from these ignorant people.

They did a good job. The crewmen were at the home for 3-4 hours.
