Called and spoke with manager who said to bring the rug in anytime.
Took the rug in to their facility and manager measured and marked the rug as I directed while there.
Returned to pick it up on the day it was promised and the (now) two rugs were ready and looked great.

I paid for what I agreed but considering the very same second I don’t even think they got cleaned. They were still dirty. There was dog hair still on the rug. I mean even if you say ok we can’t get off the others out but a vacuum cleaner takes dog hair off. But they come out to your house and they roll it up so they can bring it back.

I highly recommend George Bell Rug Cleaning. They are very professional and have knowledge of the product that they are working with. Also explained in detail beforehand the cleaning process. They have respect for you and the rugs they are cleaning. I also purchased new rug pads from them at reasonable prices.
