It was time to replace Mom's 30 year old air conditioner. We called Environment Masters, since Mom has had them maintaining her system for years. Racquel B arrived to look at the work that needed to be done. We were after a Carrier Infinity system with three zones. Environment Masters doesn't normally handle Carrier, but they were able to accommodate our request. Racquel returned with several options for Carrier (based on system efficiency and available rebates), and Lennox. After selecting a system, Racquel set up the install date. They were ready to start that week, but due to our travel we had to defer the install for a couple of weeks. ----- Billy W and Cody D arrived early the scheduled week to install the new heat pump. It took them two and a half days due to the duct rework required for the new system's zoning. On the first day when it was obvious the system would not provide air for that evening, they offered to drive to the shop and get some window units to keep Mom cool through the night. We declined since the temperatures were unseasonably cool. They had basic air conditioning early the second day, and kept it going while they completed the zoning work. All throughout the experience, they were polite and professional. Each day, they cleaned up the work areas before they left. We thank them immensely for their considerations to Mom! ----- We've used Environment Masters throughout the various extensions of our family for many years. They are always blazingly fast to respond to emergencies, fair priced, and always polite, responsible, professional. We used other A/C companies before we discovered Environment Masters. None of them were able to come close to the satisfaction we've had with Environment Masters.

Environment Masters has done our AC/Heating work for 10+ years. All the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Josh R has been our tech several times and takes great care of us.

It went awesomely! Austin Cloud and Steven Blackwell did the install. They were on time, very competent, friendly, and professional. Austin also helped me line up an electrician to take care of the some preparatory electrical work that needed to be done. I am now a raving fan of Environment Masters and would love to work with Austin and Steven for anything we need!

IT WAS GREAT ! STEVEN BLACKWELL IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST PLUMBERS/WORKERS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. FIRST OF ALL, HE IS REAL PERSONABLE AND HE HAS THE BEST ATTITUDE AND IT SHOWS. BUT THE MAIN THING THAT STICKS OUT IS THAT HE NEVER GIVES UP AND HE ALWAYS FINDS THE SOLUTION. STEVEN IS A HUGE ASSET TO ENVIRONMENT MASTERS AND I WILL DEFINATELY BE USING THEM AGAIN !

These guys did a wonderful job. Just as they started I had a severe nosebleed. I had to leave them here with my house open and go to the ER. When I returned about 6 hours later the job was finished, they had left all the paperwork inside my house and closed my automatic garage door. And everything was neat and clean from the job. I appreciated their professionalism so much. The workmen leading up to this had all been competent and friendly, and above all prompt in nearly 100' heat.

It went great. Steven Blackwell got my hot water tank back working. He ordered a part to fix it and will return when the part comes in.
