Greg performed our heating check-up. He was very thorough, took his time and explained what he was doing. He checked our carbon monoxide levels to make sure we were safe. He cleaned all the drains to make sure we wouldn't have any issues there. He did an excellent job.

Very pleasant receptionist on phone. Company kept me updated on status. Unfortunately the problem happened late on a Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend so couldn’t get replacement part till Tuesday. Repair technician, Stevie Rice was very personable and apologetic. Helped me light gas logs so I could keep the house warm. He then returned on Tuesday to complete the repair. Again a very nice person. Would recommend Environment Masters and will ask for Stevie again.

The service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I will absolutely use them for my HVAC and Plumbing needs in the future.

Scheduled and appointment and received a call saying they had a cancellation and service rep could be by at 8am. Set my alarm for 8am got up put on my pants and Waylon M was standing at my door. With a quick amp check on the breakers he determined that one of them were bad. Had to have one delivered. Which came to his truck at my house and I was back in business. While he was waiting he taped up the gaping holes in my duct work that was attached to the central unit. Would for sure hire them again. David

Did not leave until the problem was fixed. Also suggested other issues with plumbing and offered service to fix. That was appreciated.

Steve was very professional. He arrived on time and was very thorough with his inspection. He took the time to explain the work he performed.

Jeremy was on time and performed a couple of extra energy saving tasks while he was there. The techs are always on time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough with their work.

Environment Masters has done our AC/Heating work for 10+ years. All the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Josh R has been our tech several times and takes great care of us.

It went awesomely! Austin Cloud and Steven Blackwell did the install. They were on time, very competent, friendly, and professional. Austin also helped me line up an electrician to take care of the some preparatory electrical work that needed to be done. I am now a raving fan of Environment Masters and would love to work with Austin and Steven for anything we need!

These guys did a wonderful job. Just as they started I had a severe nosebleed. I had to leave them here with my house open and go to the ER. When I returned about 6 hours later the job was finished, they had left all the paperwork inside my house and closed my automatic garage door. And everything was neat and clean from the job. I appreciated their professionalism so much. The workmen leading up to this had all been competent and friendly, and above all prompt in nearly 100' heat.

IT WAS GREAT ! STEVEN BLACKWELL IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST PLUMBERS/WORKERS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. FIRST OF ALL, HE IS REAL PERSONABLE AND HE HAS THE BEST ATTITUDE AND IT SHOWS. BUT THE MAIN THING THAT STICKS OUT IS THAT HE NEVER GIVES UP AND HE ALWAYS FINDS THE SOLUTION. STEVEN IS A HUGE ASSET TO ENVIRONMENT MASTERS AND I WILL DEFINATELY BE USING THEM AGAIN !
