I have had since 2012 and renewed it today a contract with Electric Pro's that they will come out before cooling and heating season and check out the equipment.  I have had problems a couple of times over the years, inclluding today with temperatures over 100 degrees  and within 2 hours they had a professional (David) at my door to repair my A/C.

We were having outside yard lighting added. They were always late, but did usually call to let us know they were running late. Usually, they called after I had already left work and was waiting on them. Nice guy worked up the estimate, but told me he would not be the one doing the work. OK, I thought. Then the fun really started. I was told they would start early, since it is really hot. Not, the guy never showed up before 9 and worked a few hours then left for lunch. He had to do other things, so he never worked a full day. 1 day job turned into 3 or 4 partial days. He even came Saturday Morning. I was gone and when I returned the bill was in the mailbox. Great, I thought, he is finally done. Not - none of the lights came on. We even had everyone standing around at dark waiting for the lights to come on. Very Embarrassing. So, then I started checking. We were supposed to have 3 power sources run, he only ran two. A security light he installed had the electronic eye hanging by its attached wires - he did not even take the time to correct. Wires run under the house were left laying on the ground and not stapled up. Another security light had been throwing a breaker if two switches were turned on at the same time. He was supposed to repair this - but it no longer came on either. Nothing they did worked, and I had a bill in the mailbox. I called the company, and they were too busy to send the original guy that did the estimate, and offered to send the same guy back. Really, I declined and had to wait several days to get a different service tech out to complete the job. They did finally complete the job. Upon inspection, they had only stapled the wires up under the house half way. I reckon they didn't think I would crawl all the way under the house. I did and requested it be corrected.

Other issues:

Brought wrong transformer - I requested a transformer similar to ones we already had. The one they brought did not have a clock timer.

Added an electric plug on outside was right under a water facet. They moved this over so I would not get electrocuted - THANKS.

Did not clean up - I had to request this. Then, when I went under the house, I still removed more debris.

They did not even offer a discount to compensate me for my time, managing the job.

I would use the company again, but only if I could get the guy that did the original estimate. They did correct the issues, but they need a quality assurance program.

Very well. I called about lights in our living room ceiling not working and floor receptacle also. They responded very quickly and had a truck near our area. The electrician was very thorough, professional, and knew what he was doing without wasting time. The problem is fixed and he billed me later, without ever knowing me.
