Called for initial estimate and received call back in very timely manner. Very helpful and explained process in detail. Started work on agree date. All follow up items taken care of in timely manner after job completed.

When I called him, he came and looked at my roof and advised me to call my insurance company. He met the insurance adjuster at my house and went over the roof with him. He has always answered my calls quickly, he has always been on time. When I got the first check from the insurance company he was able to put the new roof on within a couple of days! He was very easy to work with, his crew was professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend Deep South Roofing for all your residential roofing needs.
