I have high-speed internet. I'm probably the highest they provide. As far as cable TV, I just have the basic package that also has high definition. I do not take any of the premium channels because I think they're too high. They should work on responsiveness, like when you have a problem, fix it. Another company is installing fiber in my neighborhood right now. They actually did something that knocked out my cable TV and internet last week. So I called the repair people. They told me it would be two days before they could get out here and check on it. I went out and talked to the people from the other company and said, "Did you hit something? My TV cable just went out." They said, "Oh really?" I said, "Yeah." They said, "Let me check." They got it back on. Price-wise, they could be a lot better. Sometimes the internet speed fluctuates.

Service was fine but the cost was too much for what I was getting. TV services have it set up where new customers get better rates than current customers. No loyalty.
