I first called Sears. They came out and diagnosed the problem as being the conderser fan motor. He quoted me a price of over $700.00, plus the motor would have to be ordered. I told him no thanks. I called Citywide Air Conditioning and Heating and asked for an estimate. He gave me a price over the phone between $325.00 and $350.00. He came out within two hours and confirmed the diagnosis. He had to go and pick up the motor and returned within half an hour. Replaced the motor and stuck to the price he quoted over the phone. I will definitely use them again.

I have been using their services for about three years. They are a family owned business and they offer emergency house calls. They are very dependable and honest and do not try sell me a new unit when they can just repair it and advise me how to keep it running. They have repaired my unit several times. They are very sensitive to me being on a fixed budget and their prices are extremely reasonable.
