 + -1 moreEverything went as planned. No surprises. I've used these guys for several years and have always been pleased with their service.
Description of Work: Replaced coils on upstairs a/c unit which involved removing the old one from a very small opening in the ceiling (thanks homebuilder!) and install new coils.

 + -1 moreI first called Sears. They came out and diagnosed the problem as being the conderser fan motor. He quoted me a price of over $700.00, plus the motor would have to be ordered. I told him no thanks. I called Citywide Air Conditioning and Heating and asked for an estimate. He gave me a price over the phone between $325.00 and $350.00. He came out within two hours and confirmed the diagnosis. He had to go and pick up the motor and returned within half an hour. Replaced the motor and stuck to the price he quoted over the phone. I will definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreI have been using their services for about three years. They are a family owned business and they offer emergency house calls. They are very dependable and honest and do not try sell me a new unit when they can just repair it and advise me how to keep it running. They have repaired my unit several times. They are very sensitive to me being on a fixed budget and their prices are extremely reasonable.
Description of Work: I use City wide for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.
