This is exactly how I will buy my cars from now on. I went through the website and found 4 cars I was interested in. When I got to the dealership, a salesman immediately came to help me. He was very friendly and professional. I gave him my printouts and he pulled up all four cars and we went through each. He made direct calls to the out of state dealerships so that we could verify certain details . This only took about 15 minutes as a real person in that state went out to the car and answered my questions. When I decided on a final car, he explained exactly what the charge would be if the car came and I didn't want it. He gave me the date the car would be brought to MS and it was actually a day early. He called and actually drove to my home to pick me up, and we went back to the dealership. He took me around the car with a fine tooth comb to make sure there were no surprises, and also a test drive. I asked for a car manual, and although he originally told me I might have to locate one online, when I got there he had found a full original manual package for me at no charge. When it came to payment, he asked me how I wanted to finance, I told him I had already budgeted to pay for the car in cash, which surprised him, BUT he did not try and talk me out of it or trick me into financing (which is how they make a lot of their money). He stepped me through the extended warranty options, and also gave me the exact amounts of each option. While my check was clearing, he showed me to the Finance department to close the paperwork , and the young lady there went through every single form with me. She also told me how to register the car to make sure I would get any recall information. This entire transaction went through without one single hitch, with no undue pressure, no trickery. I walked out and got in my new (used) car with a smile.

I would use them again at some point.
