In over a decade of moving this was THE WORST experience of our lives. They were slow, lazy, and completely unprofessional. They were tossing items from the driveway into the truck and cramming things into crates. They were not prepared for the job. They packed full water bottles with bed linens and magazines. They ruined our leather furniture because they applied tape to it. They ruined patio furniture because of tape. My grandmother's hope chest looked like it has been through a wood chipper. Our solid oak bedroom furniture had all the trim popped off and gouged. The list goes on and on. They were rude and had no idea how to effectively and safely pack a home. When we confronted them they lied about what they had done, and took NO responsibility for it. We had almost a $10,000 claim in damages. I have had to replace things from my own costs because they refuse to accept responsibility. The company that unpacked us said they had never seen such a horrible job of packing in all their years of service. I am deeply saddened by what they have done, and that they refuse to accept full responsibility. We work very hard for what we have and they have destroyed that.
