+ -1 moreIn regard to the HealthyBack Bags sold in this store. I have purchased severa;l of the BetterBack Bags. And loved them, BUT the bags are not holding up. Even tho, they have a warranty. The inside of the shoulder strap is coming apart. I even mailed it to company and they would not repair or replace bag. Stated that it was due to normal wear. I have also read that they are now using a different material for the inside of the strap now, which indicates they know it is a problem that needs to be fixed. The local store did nothing to help me. Maybe they could not, but did not even make an effort to call main company. I will NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT WILL NOT ASSIST A CUSTOMER , EVEN WITH A WARRANTY. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRAND OF LADIES BAG.
