DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. HE IS CLUELESS AND SHE IS RUDE. Tech showed up as planned, looked at the oven and confirmed he needed to order parts, several weeks passed, portal still showed appointment scheduled but no further progress. When I called the "office manager" also known as his wife was curt and snotty that I called to check on the part order based on the portal status. He showed up with the parts, attempted the repair, packed up, informed me he needed other boards and would be back when they came in. 3 days later the rude office person called and told me he didn't know it was a microwave/oven combo and he can't fix it. Keep in mind he had the serial number and model the whole time in order to get the parts. She then closed the ticket and told me to call for someone else. She called me later in the day and told me I either had to pay for the parts he left here or he would come get them and the next tech could order them again once they come out and look at the problem. 2 more months in the hopper while we do the cycle with a new tech...

I don't know if replacing the compressor will fix my refrigerator or not because it's not replaced yet and this has been ongoing since May 12th with no final resolution yet.  I DO KNOW THAT I HAVE BEEN MISLED BY THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES AND DO NOT TRUST THEM.

You should also note that this repair facility is the only approved LG repair facility in the Jackson Metro Area so you either take a chance with someone else or deal with this business. I would recommend that if you are looking for a refrigerator, look for a brand other than LG and be sure you find out from your Dealer who services their product before buying because you'll need to be wary of the service from this facility.

proper size. Cleaned or melted ice and suggested that the ice tray needed replacement. After several weeks passed, company called and advised that serviceman would visit property and replace ice tray. In the meantime, unit was properly making ice cubes but still would not dispense. Repairman agreed that ice cubes were proper size but seemed unaware that I had previously mentioned that unit would not dispense. After about 20-30 minutes of tinkering with the maker, he declared that he would return to store and review specs as to how unit operated.
The store later called and advised that repairman would return and replace ice tray. At that time, I cancelled visit.

The technician arrived promptly within the scheduled time, had the necessary part in his truck and completed the repair quickly. It was a rather expensive repair but about what I had expected since the heating element had to be replaced (also as I had expected). Because Samsung is one of those brands that not everyone will work on I chose Authorized with the expectation that they would be able to solve my problem quickly. They did.

Parts were replaced. Repair lasted less than on month. If possible, find someone else to make your repairs.

Authorized Appliance was recommended by Cowboy Maloney for warranty repairs to the failed icemaker in my Whirlpool refrigerator. Call was made on Wednesday and tech arrived early for the appointment on Thursday. Tech spent about 2 minutes with my unit, and told me it was fixed. He said that if ice was not being produced by the following morning, to call back, and the would send a new ice maker out THAT DAY. Friday morning, no ice. I called back, and was told that the tech could not have made that promise, as that was not company policy. The earliest appointment they would make was for the following Monday. They do not make any appointments after 2:00pm, and was unable to set an appointment for early in the morning. As I did not wish to take another day of vacation, I declined an open-ended appointment.

Have not used a repairman in quite some time, so the $95 service call might not be out of line. I called on a Wed., and was told it would be the next Monday before they could come out. Later that day they called and said he was in my area, could he come then? Of course I said and quot;Yes!and quot; He gave me the option of disconnecting a part that was not essential for the use of the dishwasher, or pay over $100 to replace the part. I appreciated him giving me this option.

First of all, I had trouble finding anyone who could fix it at all, so I was thankful the company could do the work. They had to order the replacement part, which took several weeks. I don't have any way of knowing if they had any control over that though. The work was pretty expensive, mostly for the part. I would use them again, but not for the same problem, since it cost so much to replace the part I could almost purchase a new oven. The door worked fine for about a month, then the same problem started happening again. I did not call them back, because I did not want to have to pay for the oven door again. We have been without a working oven since then. I don't know if the problem was with the part or their work. They were kind and again I was thankful to find them.
