ArcCon is short for Architectural Concepts. It is a residential home design company. We offer plan services in new home design, remodel designs, addition designs, and custom deck design. Brian Hunt is the owner and designer of ArcCon LLC and has well over 13 years of Cad design experience. All new home designs are .75 cents per sq ft. As for additions and remodel designs, and deck designs they are solely based on the complextity of the design. if the design ( additions, etc.) are complexed the price will be $100 per page needed for the project or $40 dollars an hour. which ever is cheaper at the time of planning.
