"[Member Name Removed]- thank you for your review. We appreciate any and all feedback, especially when we have an opportunity to improve our service. Regarding your service call, we had just recently ended our agreement with the home warranty company in question on July 4th, but they contacted us anyway to take this call because they were extremely back-logged and it was turning out to be a particularly hot MS summer. Additionally, since we had been out previously and we stand by our work even when it is through a third party, we accepted your service call and a technician was dispatched. Looking back through our notes for this particular call, we were one of four HVAC repair companies they sent out to diagnose and repair your unit, so we are hoping the blame does not rest solely on us. However, if it does, and since we are probably the only company willing to discuss it, we will be more than happy to address your concern. Our tech noted that the other companies reported a bad compressor. However, since it was noted on the invoice but we did not replace the compressor, it is our best guess that the home warranty company would not pay to replace it, and our hands were tied. Regarding us not following up with the home warranty company, we sent the invoice for your repair (with the bad compressor note written in the description) to them to pay immediately after your service call, which they never did. They considered all the time we went out there to be a recall from our initial service call while still under contract, even though separate work was completed each time. For that, we had to write this invoice off at the end of the year as bad debt. We continuously contacted and tried to follow up with the company up until October of last year regarding your service call and payment on it, up until they quit responding to any and all communication from us. We apologize that this situation has occurred, and we will even go so far as to apologize for the home warranty company's actions as well. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email.Thank you for your time, and again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
