It was a little misleading. When I actually spoke with him, they quoted me one thing and the fees got to add up once the move started taking place. I ended up having to have it just moved to a storage unit. If you want to change your reservation, the company is not very responsive in returning your calls. In the beginning, the quote was fine. They got there on time. The issue was once they started packing things, I should've just told them, "Let me just pay you for your time. Put all my stuff back in my place and I'll call somebody else." By that time, I was already pressed for time. I have not had made reservations for anybody else and I needed to be out of my apartment within the next two days. If I had known, I would've hired my cousins to put it on the back of a U-Haul.

They answered all my questions. They have bent over backwards to be exceedingly polite, helpful and professional. They would bring a 28ft trailer to our house on Thursday. We have hired people to help us load the truck. It would be picked up on Monday and taken to storage in Massachusetts for three months. It is much better for us than having to drive a U haul truck or a Penske truck. It is much less expensive than a mover.
