+ -1 moreI was not satisfied with the professionalism of this company. I took a day off work to be at the house for him to come and make the repairs and he didn't have the courtesy to call and say he was running late, not coming, etc. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: The air conditioner in my home was not cooling. I contacted Scott Criddle with Air Pro to come and take a look at it. It took him a week to get out to the house. Our appt was for 9:00 a.m. and it was after lunch before he showed up; no phone call to let me know he would be late either. Once he finally showed up and diagnosed the problem, We made a follow up appt for him to come back to make the repairs and he never showed up. He would not return my phone calls either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
