Top Quality Service

This was my first time use Duane and Top Quality and I will continue using them as my HVAC company from now on. I love that the owner is the person you see and talk to. The reason I called them was because I needed a second opinion and quote from a reputable company to compare it to what my HVAC company at the time was saying and quoting. Obviously, I dropped my HVAC company and went with Top Quality because of the price and the fact that I felt I could trust Duane. Highly recommend Duane and Top Quality.

They did a great job! They weren't cheap. Still, I've had TERRIBLE luck with some well advertised and Mitsubishi recommended Memphis area HVAC service people who did not understand mini splits. But, these guys did an awesome job- they were creative and professional and they took their time. The key here appears to be the FlareTite ferrule gaskets- because these units have so small a 410A inventory. The FlareTite is a MUST with MiniSplits....and they use a torque wrench to tighten all the fittings precisely! They will be my "go to" on mini-splits.

This is actually the third time I've used this service. Each time, Mr. McCrory was quick to respond, arrived when he said he would, sometimes earlier, took his time to check things out and answer all my question. Thankfully each incident was a relatively easy, not very costly repair. I found him to be very polite, patient and professional. I haven't used anyone else for this type of work, but I feel that he has always been honest and fair.

Duane and his team worked quickly and responsibly to solve our a/c problem for about half what others quoted for the same equipment.. It was nice to find someone that did exactly what was promised !!!!!

One of the technicians was delayed by more than a week. Seems as though he has a physical condition, and was out of work. I had to reach out to the Manager to understand the delay. As it was explained to me, the warranty had expired, and the unit was not an exact fit, so modifications were made to fit the new unit. Then about 10 months later, I found that my whole HVAC (Main) unit was standing in water. As nothing was explained to me, I have to assume that the internal coil was not mounted in a way where water would drain away as it should. To be more to the point, when I called the manager he started laughing after trying to explain my problem. And that he had been tied up on other personal business. I said that I'm glad that he could laugh, as I was failing to see any humor with my HVAC unit standing in water. A tech came out, and made corrections to the unit, so water does drain away now.

They quoted me the price and gave me my options. He offered me a new unit or a gently used unit for less. The price was very reasonable. He was the nicest man. They are just fantastic. They are great and show up on time. I will always use their services. He also checked the air filter and did some things that I did not ask him to do. They really go above and beyond. I recommend their services to anyone.

They did a great job. I called at 8:00 A.M. and they said they would be here within the hour and they were. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a great price and fixed my AC unit with in an Hour. Also did some minor electrical wiring work at no service. I would recomend them to everyone and will be giving them a cal to come do an extensive look at my system to see if there is anything that needs to be done to extend the life of my unit.

I have a 55 year old house and I applied for a TVA energy
audit. The audit cost $50 but if I applied the remedies they suggested I could
earn a $500 credit so I decided to go for it. The result of the survey was
surprising because there was so much work needing to be done. The estimate was
over $17,000. I decided to also add a heat pump and a new electric water heater
to recover waste heat from the heat pump to create free hot water. Top Quality
did a superb job from start to completion. The owner returned to the job
multiple times to ensure the work was up to his satisfaction. He was exacting
and the work was very professionally done. The Top Quality employees were neat
and respectful of our home and their work was excellent.

Our A/C has been out for some time because we could not afford to fix it. Someone else originally told us that the A/C compressor was bad. Compressors are not cheap so we were shopping around for several months trying to find an affordable price. The weather just became unbearable and we were miserable living out of just two rooms in the entire house.

Top Quality Service was the first and only company I called. After speaking with Duane McCrory (the owner), I felt very comfortable that Top Quality Service were the right people for the job.

I called on Friday and they came out on Saturday afternoon. Our A/C technician, which happened to be Duane, was VERY thorough in checking all of the wiring and voltages and determined that our compressor was not bad. Along the way, he was great at informing me about various component and things we needed to look out for in the future. It turns out that we had some improper wiring and that we needed refrigerant. He charged up our system and we were finally able to cool off after him only being at our place an hour!

I am beyond pleased with their work. I will definitely rely on Top Quality Service again because they actually provide you with top quality service.

Excellent. Top Quality is very courteous, timely, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will definitely keep using them. By the way, the it was not their fault that the part broke again; it's a manufacturing issue.
