We had to have the carpet installers return after installing the carpet because the seams were noticeable. They fixed them, but shortly after, the carpets stretched and had humps. We called and called, but no one would return and fix them. After 3 years, the carpet is so worn out that it looks as if I have a herd of buffalo living in my home. It is only me, my husband, and 2 cats. We don't even use some of our rooms that often, but it still looks horrible. I am currently looking into replacing the whole house. 3 years!!! That is unacceptable! These are not low-end houses. Granite and Ceramic tile and junky carpet. Which one doesn't belong?
