I received outstanding service from B & L Heating and Air LLC.  The install crew did a great job and were punctual, efficient, and professional.  I am extremely happy with my new A/C, and I highly recommend B & L Heating and Air LLC.

He was wonderful. They came within a few minutes of us calling, they are honest, and their prices are great.

I called Band L at 8:30am and they showed up at my house 2 hours later. They walked in after listening to what I had found wrong and they knew exactly what was wrong, went straight to the capacitor and replaced it and also serviced the unit itself. Once they were done they gave me a few tips on how to keep AC Unit from overheating and left me with their card and receipt. It all took about 30 mins and they really saved the day since the high was over 100 degrees today.

I got their name from a neighbor. They were very good. They were great. When I called them, they came out the same day. They quoted me prices, I did not pay a service charge at all and it was very professional. It was a recommendation from a neighbor. I would use them again in the future.

Two guys own the business, and they are the only two that ever come out. I don’t have a contract with them, and I don’t think they even offer a contract. I just call them and they come. They have never told me anything about a contract. I think the cost is the same when they come in the spring and the fall - it is $80. I haven’t shopped around but I think that their price is great. They are very honest. They don’t ask you to do things that are not necessary, and they give you honest opinions. They are always there when they say they are going to be there. They have been very punctual except for one time when they were late. I am very happy with them and have told a lot of people about them. I would continue to use them in the future.
