The two owners of this company - Charles Stott and David Davis were involved in every aspect of building our first custom home. They helped with site selection, picking and revising a home plan, and then offering great suggestions during the building process. When we had issues with the developer, they stepped up and went to bat for us! One year later, they quickly addressed the few issues we had (limited nail pops, a wobbling ceiling fan) and got the subcontractors back to get things rights. Our building experience with Venture Homes was a pleasure.
