SOUTHERN STONE AND TILE LLC

After purchasing my home the grout around my bathtub crumbled and came off when I wiped it with a damp cloth.
The hardwood in a few places cracks and sounds like it is going to split.  Also the area around my fireplace
needs to be trimmed out.
I have spoken with Ashley several (5 to 6) times in the past month to get the work completed and she
is very nice and says they will call me right back with a time.  She has not returned most of the calls, and no
one has come to fix the problems.
I haven't had any luck speaking with the owner, so don't really know what else to do to get the
work completed.
It is very frustrating and I would not recommend this company.

Very nice. Took 2 days to install cement board, then 13" tiles. Made a huge difference in the look of my kitchen.
Would definitely use them again for other ceramic tile projects.

We got several different estimates from local granite companies. Southern Stone and Tiles quote to prepare & install the granite as well as lay all the tile we wanted was less than most places wanted just for a granite install. What really stood out to us was, even though they told us the job would take 3 weeks or more, that they went above and beyond to get the job done in just over a week. We had already been without our kitchen for 3 weeks before we hired them so that was awesome. The installers were very professional and went out of their way to be polite. They also cleaned up any messes before they left. My wife and I highly recommend Southern Stone & Tile for any granite or tile job. We will be remodeling our bathroom soon and they will definitely be getting our business again.
