SERVPRO

So it all started in May of 2015 we learned that our house had mold. We contacted servpro to remove the mold. ?The salesman came out showed the mold area and before he left we were happy and agreed to remodel a lot of the house. We felt confident in the company at the time. It was kind of expensice ?but he promised us it would be done in 45 days. We paid him the first installment of the money approximately a 3rd of the total and we didn't hear from them for almost 6 months. I knew their would be a problem right then. so after they finally came out its like they had no idea what they were supposed to do, they acted the entire time that they were there to do a mold clean up and not remodel even though we had a very detailed contract. So all the way through March of 2015 they had their guys coming out once a week at most to do work and what's worse it was a different guy each time who had no idea of what the other person did or left off on. Everything they touched we have had to rehire other companies to come fix. Now we are on to 14 months of a 45 day project where servpro is telling me they're done which they are far from it, they've stopped answering their phone and responding to email. I have filed a conplaint through BBB it seems to do nothing

Servpro got all of the stains out of our carpets. The carpets dried in about two hours, and they look almost new again, even the high traffic areas of the carpets. The men who came were very nice, and we wouldn't change anything about how they did.
