Floor Cleaning and Waxing
They failed miserably. They broke things that were not broken by the storm. They used my bathrooms that had no water going to them. They did number 1 and 2 in them then left it just stinking my house up. They damaged furniture that they moved out of my house. I asked for a list of all my contents that they were supposed to be making as they packed out my house. The list they provided me was not a complete list of contents I had even though they keep claiming that they have given me complete list. The pictures I received where just as incomplete as my list. I found items out front in the trash that servpro had thrown away that was perfectly fine. Personnel items like pictures and check books where found in the trash as well. I am still trying to get my home rebuilt so servpro still has all my things at this time. I am just hoping and praying I get all of them back in one piece. I am not saying all servpros are bad but do not use the one in Hernando Mississippi
