+ -1 moreTechnician showed up on time. That's about all I can say positive about our experience. He clearly did not intend to do any work that day and did not make any effort to recreate or diagnose the issue with the burner on the cook-top. He indicated that the cook-top was sealed to the granite and he couldn't remove it without breaking the glass but made no attempt to confirm that the glass was sealed. After he left, my non-technician wife found a video on YouTube about our exact model of cook-top and was able to confirm the glass was not sealed and was easily lifted from below. Needless to say we will not be having them back out and I would recommend you do the same.
