Eldridge Services Air Conditioning and Heating

Jason showed up Monday afternoon - I did not expect same day service on a Monday of a holiday week. He was professional and competent. I heard him call to consult on the issue, which I appreciated. I will be contracting with Eldridge for at least annual maintenance service.

Technician took time to logically fine the problem. It required a new circuit board. Once replaced the furnace works great.

He was very professional and personable. He talked while he worked and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need in that area.

They show up when they say they are going to show up. I think they are extremely fair in their pricing. They explain everything to you when they are done which I really like. There is nothing to improve with their service. They got their act together and I am very impressed.

They arrived when they said and got right on the troubleshooting. After a short time, it was all done. He located a loose connection and repaired it. He also did some cleaning of the flame sensor and inspected the entire furnace.He told me that some rust was forming in the furnace and that the furnace will have to be replaced in the near future but not right now. This furnace is over 20 years old so it is due to be upgraded to a more efficient model anyway.

Called right before lunch time, service man on site by mid afternoon. Service call complete within 30 minutes. Professional and courteous. He replaced my capacitor, which we had done last year. He said he thought it would last us and that he didn't think we'd need a new unit. The guy last year tried to sell us on a new unit. But no pressure from this company.

They saved us a lot of money. Another company said we needed a new unit. Eldridge told us it was not necessary at this time. We might be able to put that off for a while by simply adding the refrigerant. The other company said adding it would most likely not even get us through the summer. Eldridge said it might last a year or 2 or 3. I will call them for any heat or air problems in the future. They are very up front and honest with you.

Very well. Firm has good staff that knows what they are doing. Mr. Eldridge seems to be a fine Christian man who provides an excellent service at reasonable prices.

He had a tremondous customer service spirit. He was very reliable and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He also stayed with the job until he finished it.
