i use it all the time 3-4 days a week. good sized gym and not too many muscle heads in there.

I have been using them for about three years. I keep going back to them because of the atmosphere and also because it is a family oriented gym. They are open 24 hours. I usually go in the night, so I don’t really run into people often. Whenever I have met somebody they have been very nice. I really have not dealt with the people there very much.
